Abstract
|
|
|
Acute fatty liver of pregnancy is disease of the third trimester which is generally ccnsisdered to be rare and to have a grave prognosis.
Since acute fatty liver of pregnancy does not seem to improve before delivery, the patient should deliver early in the disease before progrpssive hepatic dysfunction increases risk of complications.
A case of acute fatty liver of pregnancy that was diagnosed by clinical features and laboratory data, who recovered from this disease, is reported with a brief review of literatures.
